This Privacy Policy does not apply to any processing which the 1Money Network carries out as a processor on behalf of those users and Developers who explore and may use the 1Money Network. • Registration Information: such as information that may be related to a service or an event you register for.

• Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's bluetooth, calendar, sms messages, sensors, reminders, microphone, contacts, camera, storage, social media accounts, and other features. If you wish to change our applicable access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

• Mobile Device Data. We may automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If you are using our application(s), we may also collect information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, your mobile device’s operating system or platform, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, and information about the features of our application(s) you accessed.

• Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Information automatically collected. Some information — such as your IP address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

• Linked Third Party Websites or Services: When you use third-party services (like when you connect your self-custodial wallet to decentralized applications that may be available on the 1 Money Network from time to time in our discretion) or websites that are linked through our Services, the providers of those services or products may receive information about you (like your wallet address) from us, you, or others. Please note that when you use third-party services or connect to third-party websites which are not governed by this Privacy Policy, their own terms and privacy policies will govern your use of those services and products.
• To other third parties:

• To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
• To enforce or apply our applicable Terms of Service and other agreements.

VIII. International Transfers of Data

We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own. Our servers are located in the United States (“U.S.”). If you are accessing our Services from outside, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information, in and other countries.  Also, we may transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Website. By providing any information, including personal information, on or to the Website, you consent to that transfer, storage, and processing.

Solely to the extent applicable, if we transfer your data outside the U.S. to countries with different data protection laws, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. For users located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), United Kingdom (“UK”), or Switzerland, we use measures such as:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCCs”): We include these in our agreements with third parties to ensure the protection of personal data transferred internationally.
• Adequacy Decisions: We may rely on decisions by regulatory bodies deeming a non-EU country’s data protection laws adequate.

For users located in Bermuda, we assess the level of protection afforded by the overseas third party.  Where the level of protection is comparable or better than that provided for under the Bermuda Personal Information Protection Act 2016 (“PIPA”) , we will proceed to transfer the personal information to the overseas third party. Where the level of protection afforded by the overseas third party is not comparable, we will enter into a contract with the overseas third party, requiring compliance with the provisions of PIPA. We may transfer information to overseas third parties certified under the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Cross Border Privacy Rules, a certification mechanism for transfers of personal information to overseas third parties approved by the Privacy Commissioner for Bermuda, or any other certification mechanisms recognized by the Privacy Commissioner for Bermuda.

IX. Data Protection for Customers in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Bermuda.

For individuals in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we comply with GDPR, the UK Data Protection Act 2018, and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. You have the following rights:

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@1moneynetwork.com.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, or by contacting us at privacy@1moneynetwork.com. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.

Notice to European Users

The information provided in this Privacy Policy applies only to individuals in the EEA, Switzerland, and the UK (collectively, “Europe”).

Personal Information. References to “personal information” in this Privacy Policy is equivalent to “personal information” governed by European data protection legislation.

Controller. We are the controller of your personal information covered by this Privacy Policy for purposes of European data protection legislation.

Processor. We are a processor with regard to personal information processed on behalf of our business customers. If you have concerns regarding personal information that we process on behalf of a business, please review their Privacy Policy and direct your concerns to that business.

• Where we need to perform a contract, we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.

We may transfer your personal information to the U.S., to any affiliate worldwide, or to third parties acting on our behalf for the purposes of processing or storage.  By using our Website or Services or providing any personal information for any of the purposes stated above, you consent to the transfer and storage of your personal information, whether provided by you or obtained through a third party, to the U.S. as set forth herein, including the hosting of such personal information on U.S. servers.

Transfers from other countries. When we transfer personal information outside countries other than those in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, we strive to comply with the cross-border data transfer rules of those countries, such as by cooperating with that country’s data protection authority or providing a written agreement to each customer that meets the data protection requirements of the country.

What Categories of Personal Information do we Collect?

We’ve collected and disclosed the below categories for personal information to create, develop, operate, deliver, and improve our Services, to communicate with you, to ensure the safety, security and integrity of our Services, and for the business and commercial purposes outlined in “IV. How We Use Information” and “VII. Information Sharing,” respectively. We do not collect, use, or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those specified in this privacy policy, to provide the Services, or as permitted under applicable law.

We have collected the following categories of personal information in the past twelve (12) months:

We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. We will not sell or share personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.

Access. You can request a copy of the personal information that we have collected about you during the past 12 months.

Deletion. You can ask us to delete the personal information that we have collected from you.

Correction. You can ask us to correct inaccurate personal information that we have collected about you.

Opt-out. You can request to opt-out of disclosures of your personal information that constitute “selling” or “sharing” of your personal information as defined in the CCPA.

Nondiscrimination. You are entitled to exercise the rights described above free from discrimination as prohibited by the CCPA.

Exercising your right to information, access, correction, opt-out and deletion. You may submit requests to exercise these rights via email to privacy@1moneynetwork.com.

Notice of right to opt-out of the “selling” or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information. However, like many companies, we use services that help deliver interest-based ads to you. Our use of some of these services may be classified under California law as “sharing” your personal information (including your business and personal contact information, device data, and online activity data described in the “Information We Collect” section above) with the advertising partners that provide the services.

Verification of identity; authorized agents.

We may use information we already have on you to identify you before acknowledging your request. You may designate an authorized agent, in writing or through a power of attorney, to request to exercise your privacy rights on your behalf. We comply with privacy requirements across the U.S.  Below are rights of residents of certain states, which is not meant to be exhaustive:

California

For customers located in California, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”). California residents have the following rights:

• Right to Know: Request information on the personal data we collect, use, and share.
• Right to Delete: Request the deletion of your personal data, subject to legal requirements.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale: While we do not sell personal data, you have the right to opt out of the sale of personal data in the future.
• Right to Correct: Request corrections to any inaccurate personal data.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Data: You can restrict the use of sensitive personal information for specific purposes.

• Right to Correct: Correct inaccuracies in personal data.

Illinois

In Illinois, we comply with Illinois’ Personal Information Protection Act (“ILPIPA”). Illinois residents have rights that include:

• Right to Notification: Receive notification in case of a data breach that compromises personal data.
• Right to Information: Be informed about the categories of personal data collected and the purposes for which they are used. To exercise your rights under ILPIPA, please contact us as outlined in Section XIV. We will take action in accordance with PIPA's requirements.

New Jersey

For customers in New Jersey, we observe the New Jersey Data Protection Act (“NJCPA”). New Jersey residents have rights such as:

• Right to Notice: Be informed of the collection and processing of personal data.
• Right to Access: Access personal data held by a controller.
• Right to Correction: Correct inaccurate personal data.
• Right to Deletion: Delete personal data.
• Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of the sale or processing of personal data for certain purposes. To exercise your rights, please get in touch with us as indicated in Section XIV. We will respond in accordance with the timelines and procedures established by New Jersey law, including the NJCPA.

Virginia

For customers in Virginia, we adhere to the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”). Virginia residents are entitled to:

• Right to Access: Confirm whether a controller is processing their personal data and access that data.
• Right to Correct: Correct inaccuracies in their personal data.
• Right to Delete: Delete personal data provided by or obtained about the consumer.
• Right to Data Portability: Obtain copies of personal data in a readily usable format.
• Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of processing of personal data for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling. To exercise these rights, please reach out to us as provided in Section XIV. We will address your request within the time frame stipulated by the VCDPA.

XI. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Specifically:

• Transactional Data: Retained for a minimum of five years, as mandated by regulatory requirements.
• Aggregated Data: Retained indefinitely for reporting and analytics purposes, as it does not identify specific individuals.
